Somebody has to be here between ten at night and seven in the morning, in case the building calls. Nobody has ever called to say it worked.

Most common issue

It was not plugged in. It is almost always that. I have stopped leading with it because people take it personally.

High. Nobody knows that except me, because the call ends the second it starts working.

Escalation path

There isn't one. After me it is just the building and whatever is wrong with it.
